Discounts
The discount of 10% is applicable to most items when your total order
exceeds $1000. A discount of 15% is applicable for your total order
exceeds $3000. This discount applies only to items ordered at “List
Price.” It does not apply to volume prices or any other special
pricing. Dollar volume and case lot discounts cannot be combined. You
will receive the greater of the two as applicable.
Terms
Subject to credit approval, we offer the following payment terms:
A) Net 30 from the date of our invoice.
B) COD payable at our option with either company checks or cash.
C) VISA and MASTER CARD subject to card company authorization.
We reserve the right to assess:
A) Interest and handling of 1.5% per month on delinquent accounts.
B) $25.00 for each check not honored by your bank.
PRICES AND ITEM SPECIFICATIONS
Prices listed herein are current as of OCT.2008 but are subject to
change without prior notice. Sizes, descriptions, colors and other
specifications as listed or pictures are approximate in nature and
subject to change without prior notice.
FREIGHT
Unless otherwise instructed we ship orders using UPS Standard
Ground Delivery. For volume shipment of approximately 200 pounds or
more, we will ship using UPS “Hundred Weight Ground Services.” Shipping
charges will be added to your invoice.International minimum order is $500 and requires advance payment of the order including freight.
International payment can be paid by VISA, MASTER CARD or Wire Transer directly to company's bank account.
All international orders would be shipped through U.S post office with tracking information.
SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE REPORTS
When losses involve damaged or missing cartons, please contact the
delivery carrier for instructions on filing claim first. Then please
notify us. Other discrepancies such as item broken in transit, short
ship etc. should be reported to Myst Of India with in 3 days of receipt
of goods. Returns of non-defective merchandise are subjected to a 25%
restocking charge. Return shipments will not be accepted without prior
authorization. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges
including refused shipments. Customer is liable for all fees resulting
from Professional collection efforts.
